The Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians have announced a major expansion program of their existing entertainment center.
Planning to invest more than $ 160,000,000.00, the existing facility will be expanded to 1.21 million square feet.
The forty acre site of tribal lands will be developed as;
a 370,000 square foot, two-story casino of steel framing with plaster exterior finish
a showroom, seven restaurants, a bingo hall, and Tribal Leadership Offices
a 14-story hotel featuring 522 rooms, constructed of post tensioned structural concrete
a 25,000 square foot, steel framed convention center including a roof placed swimming pool
a 125 seat teleconference center
a 12,000 square-foot,
stand-alone Central Plant
